Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has entered production or preparation.

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible through WhatsApp or by contacting Evershine Furniture.

Customized / Made-to-Order Furniture

Orders involving customization, special dimensions, specific colours, materials, or other customer-requested modifications may not be cancellable once production or preparation has started.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders generally cannot be cancelled once the product has been dispatched for delivery.

Refunds

If a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed according to the payment method and applicable processing timelines.

Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted where permitted.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct:

Delivery address

PIN code

Product details

If incorrect information causes additional delivery or handling costs, the customer may be responsible for those additional costs.
